#349 – Tanya Tagaq, Jessica Moss, Al Doum and the Faryds, Grove, Tristan Arp, NONEXISTENT

The spiritual woozy psychedelia of Milan’s Al Doum and the Faryds gets us underway this week as we welcome longer nights with exceptional atmospheric music from all corners.

No track encompasses that greater than the wonderful new Jessica Moss track on Constellation – it’s one to put the headphones on for, as is the stunner from Canadian compatriot Tanya Tagaq, whose line in award-winning throat singing never fails to mesmerise and entrance in equal measure.

Elsewhere this week, there’s hyper atmospheric music from Tristan Arp and Futoshi Moriyama 森山ふと contrasting with experimental club bangers from Klahrk and Grove, with Uruguayan folk, and a welcome return to Gorge music rounding off some of this show’s highlights.
