#54 – Venetian Snares, Tapes, Carbs, Nozinja

The brand new Venetian Snares record gets an airing on the Independent Music Podcast this week, but that’s not the only new track we’re playing. We’ve got an exclusive first play of the new track from Drumcunt, we also have a listen to forthcoming releases from brilliant London punk band Shopping, new Scottish hip-hop duo CARBS, and a track from American duo Ratatat’s fifth record. There’s also a track from the vinyl release of Italian funk band The Bank’s latest record and from the long-awaited vinyl release of Hackney Colliery Band’s debut record. There’s Brazilian rock from Mercenárias, Lebanese disco from Ihsan Al Munzer, shangaan electro from Warp-signing Nozinja, and one from London producer Tapes.
